18‑month career acceleration opportunity that will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.
Position
Strive for the Exceptional. During three six‑month rotations you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor‑made journey you will receive continuous guidance from the Maison’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges. The programme is based in Italy and offers missions where applicable.
Job Responsibilities
Step into the world of Loro Piana's Avenue Integrated Planning Programme , focused on developing excellence in planning processes. Your journey begins with immersive rotations in textile production, giving you hands‑on exposure to the main phases of the manufacturing process. Working closely with planning teams, you will build a strong command of strategic planning and understand how it shapes our overall business performance. The programme will conclude with you gaining in‑depth understanding of retail merchandising and stock management, equipping you to make data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience. This opportunity will enable you to strengthen your analytical abilities, interpret market trends, and grow into a strategic planner who contributes to Loro Piana’s future success within the luxury industry.
Profile
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering / Economics or related fields
- Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships
- Availability to start a full‑time position by April 2026
- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel and relocate both within Italy and globally
Additional Information
The selected participant will be hired with a permanent contract.
