Automotive Technician

1.Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for vehicle repair, maintenance and roadside rescue; keep detailed maintenance records. Accountable for repair quality and ensure a high first-time fix rate.
• Communicate proactively with customers during vehicle handover after maintenance, understand customer needs and provide customized solutions; coordinate relevant personnel to offer support when necessary.
• Take the initiative to participate in skill improvement courses for vehicle repair, attend regular trainings and technical exchange meetings organized by the company, continuously enhance professional capabilities and problem-solving skills, and obtain relevant grade certifications.
• Complete other temporary service tasks assigned by the company.

2.Job Requirements

• Have working experience in bus repair or after-sales service; proficient in mechanical and electrical knowledge, able to independently complete vehicle inspection, fault diagnosis and maintenance work.
• Working languages: Italian / English, Italian / Chinese.
• Candidates holding the PES electrician certification are preferred.
