Automotive Software Tester (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Specification and development of test cases using established methods, including input of test cases for the entire vehicle.
• Planning, execution and reporting of ECU tests in an automotive context, using and setting up test benches.
• Error analysis.
• Project supervision according to agile and classic development processes from first product idea until series production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in vehicle engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualifications.
• Understanding of vehicle architectures (network, functionalities).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN / CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
• Knowledge of automation tools (EXAM is a plus).
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python).
• Desirably ISTQB certification.
• Ability to work in a team and also independently.
• Experience in MS Office Applications (Excel).
• Good communication skills.
• English language is mandatory. German is a plus.
