Webasto Group in Emilia-Romagna is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Italian Special OE and body builder market. You will manage turnover, maintain CM targets, and act as the proactive interface between customers and the company in daily communications.
The role requires strong sales capability, financial awareness, and excellent negotiation and mediation skills to thrive in a competitive environment. Degree in Economics or Engineering or a high school diploma is acceptable.
