Automotive Logistics Manager

WIT Logistics, a company specialized in automotive logistics and finished vehicle distribution across Europe, is looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong background in automotive transport management.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE): – Proven hands-on experience in managing automotive (finished vehicle) transport flows
– Direct experience handling operational volumes on both domestic and international routes
– Full autonomy in carrier management, transport planning, and issue resolution
– Solid understanding of OEM logistics dynamics (e.g. Stellantis flows or equivalent)
PROFILE: – Senior operational profile currently active in the automotive logistics sector
– Ability to manage high-pressure environments and operational peaks
– Strong practical mindset with a results-driven approach
RESPONSIBILITIES: – Planning and managing automotive transport flows
– Coordinating carrier network
– Handling assigned operational flows and criticalities
WORKING ARRANGEMENT: – Immediate operational involvement
– Terms and conditions to be defined based on proven experience
