You will focus on market & customer Dev: Grow European
automotive LED market ; target core clients (OEMs, lighting/display makers, EMS providers). Drive end-to-end client acquisition (outreach - demand - solutions - contracting) with tailored strategies. Responsibilities
Client Relations:
Build / Maintain long-term strategic partnerships. Regular client visits to align on technical needs, procurement plans & trends; quick response to boost satisfaction/loyalty. Target Delivery:
Set Europe’s annual/quarterly business goals per company strategy. Deliver core KPIs (sales volume, new client acquisition). Market & Competitor Insights:
Track European market trends, policies, tech standards & competitor dynamics (products, pricing, channels). Provide reports to support product iteration, pricing & market expansion. Cross-team Collaboration:
Coordinate with China HQ's R&D, production & supply chain. Share client/market info; drive custom development, delivery optimization & after-sales to ensure project success. Resource & Team Support:
Leverage industry resources to build local EU business ecosystem. Support HQ's overseas team with regional expertise; refine EU market development system. Qualifications
Industry Experience:
>=5 years in automotive LED sector; solid product knowledge (automotive lighting/display LEDs, etc.). Familiar with EU automotive electronics technical standards, certification systems & procurement processes. Client Resources:
Extensive local EU network with core clients (OEMs, lighting/display makers, EMS providers) + proven collaboration cases & mature client channels. Development Capability:
Verifiable track record in key account acquisition. Expertise in uncovering latent needs, designing differentiated solutions, and independently securing high-value clients. Mindset & Skills:
Strategic thinking to develop business plans aligned with market dynamics, client needs & company strategy. Strong communication (English as working language; German/French proficiency a plus), negotiation skills & resilience. Cultural Fit:
Willing to work for a Chinese company; embrace fast-paced, target-driven work culture. Adapt quickly to cross-cultural collaboration & adjust work style to company goals. Others:
Bachelor’s degree or above; STEM background (Electronics, Optoelectronics, Automation, etc.) preferred. Ability to travel independently across major EU markets.
