What you'll do:Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remot elyDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability fau ltsUse OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterizat ionIdentify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentat ionSupport both individual cases and wider technical issues across fle etsCreate clear technical reports and case upda tesCoach technicians and provide hands-on guida nceFeed recurring issues into continuous improvem ent What you br ing:Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field ser viceProven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic fa ultsHands-on use of OEM diagnostic t oolsConfidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documenta tionExperience working with workshops, engineering, or technical t eamsAbility to support and guide technic xpavfwm iansPreferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support backgr ound Technical know ledgeModern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electr onicsNetworks: CAN / LIN / Fl exRayDiagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, fla shing La nguageWorking proficiency in English required (written and s poken) Additional infor mation:CCNL Applicabile: Contratto del Commercio Terziario e Distribuzione Servizi, Li vello 2RAL 36.000-40. 000 EUR
