Responsibilities:

• Build the subsidiary's business model from scratch, establish overseas market organization and foundational capabilities, and be responsible for the full-market competitiveness abroad.
• Formulate and execute market strategy, including annual sales targets, product strategies, brand marketing campaigns, and budgets. Quickly and efficiently build a dealer network.
• Responsible for business negotiations in the region, conduct market competition and opportunity analysis, draw conclusions and formulate action plans.
• Manage various modules such as product, brand, service, and sales network. Lead the launch of key models and take direct responsibility for sales performance in the local market.
• Collaborate with departments such as product and finance to develop the client`s residual value enhancement plans tailored to the local market, and guide the healthy development of sales and after-sales services.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of work experience in the Italian automotive industry, with comprehensive operational management experience, and also with financial management experience will be preferred.
• Familiarity with overseas local markets and sales systems, and able to work under high pressure.
• Proficient in flat organizational management structures, with a sound management mindset.
• CET-6 level English or above, or equivalent IELTS/TOEFL scores.
