Responsibilities:

Scope:

• System Debugging & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across MES systems, with a focus on Siemens-based automation platforms and .NET-integrated applications. Ensure timely incident resolution to minimize production downtime.
• Change Review & Business Support: Support day-to-day business operations by reviewing system changes, software deployments, and internal announcements, ensuring they align with automation best practices and operational standards.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather and refine technical requirements for new automation features, MES announcements, and system enhancements.
• MES & Automation Expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of MES environments—ideally including SIP or SAP MES—and their integration with Siemens PLCs, SCADA, and .NET-based systems to support both real-time data flow and backend automation logic.
• Vendor & Cross-Regional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with external vendors and internal teams across India and Portugal, ensuring alignment on technical debugging, system updates, and automation deployments across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

Italian speaking and writing

5 years minimum experience in debugging

Expertise in Medical backgrounds

Must be based in Mirandolla 5 days per week - non negotiable
