From Melt Group, we are looking for an Audiologist Expansion Director on behalf of a fast-growing international group in the Retail Health and Personal Care sector based in Milano.

The Expansion Manager will be responsible for driving the development and rollout of new stores in Italy, coordinating all activities linked to site acquisition, openings, and integration of acquired locations. The company is replicating a successful B2C model across Europe, offering high-quality wellness solutions through a national network of physical centers.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong project management and negotiation skills, capable of executing the expansion roadmap and supporting the growth of the Italian retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new retail locations in line with the group’s strategy.
  • Coordinate the full store opening process: permits, contracts, suppliers, design/fit-out, branding, and systems.
  • Support the integration of acquired centers, ensuring smooth transition into the network.
  • Collaborate with landlords, advisors, and local authorities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with finance to manage budgets and investment plans for each opening.
  • Prepare regular expansion progress reports for the Country Manager and group leadership.
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams to ensure proper staffing and onboarding of new centers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide support to broader projects in Italy related to business development and retail operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in retail expansion, store rollout, or network development, ideally within multi-site retail, healthcare, or personal care sectors.
  • Solid track record of negotiating leases, managing contractors, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Italian retail regulations and operational frameworks.
  • Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Fluency in Italian; good command of English is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
