FIT in NETWORK® is selectively opening its doors on a strictly limited and invitation-only basis to a handful of Associated Partners, as part of a strategic expansion into Italy.

This initiative is designed to reinforce our international footprint at executive level and to create long-term value through highly curated partnerships with existing and new clients.

As part of our expansion in Italy , we are opening a strictly limited number of Associated Partner roles .

The Role strictly selective and complementary

The Associated Partner acts as a senior Ambassador and strategic connector for FIT in NETWORK®.

This is not an operational or full-time role, but a secondary high-level activity, designed for senior profiles wishing to leverage their network alongside their primary occupation.

The model is entirely success-based

There is no fixed remuneration and compensation is generated exclusively upon successful business outcomes.

Your Contribution

• Originate and develop Executive Recruitment and Interim Management opportunities within your network
• Connect C-level decision-makers with our our community of more than 30 000 professionals
• Facilitate high-level introductions and strategic mandates
• Contribute to the development of our presence in Italy
• Collaborate with a selected circle of international Associated Partners

You will

• Develop Interim and Recruitment solutions for your network by offering access to an internationally known network of competences
• Connect decision-makers with our international candidates and our community of more than 30 000 professionals
• Support Executive Recruitment & Interim Management projects in your country
• Collaborate with us on our international footprint through a strong internal network of Associate Partners
• Strengthen our presence in Switzerland

Profile we search for

• 15+ years in senior corporate roles
• 10+ years based in Switzerland
• Strong C-level / decision-maker network
• Currently active as an executive, consultant, or entrepreneur
• Fluent in English, Italian mandatory
