Associate, Valuation Advisory

Overview

This role is in our Value and Risk Advisory team, delivering high‑level valuation services to a broad range of clients including institutional investors, developers, banks, insurance companies, and public institutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously managing day‑to‑day workload.
• Produce and deliver valuation client reports with exceptional quality and client service.
• Co‑ordinate junior team members and liaise directly with clients.
• Analyse diverse property types (offices, industrial & logistics, retail, residential, specialist properties such as harbours, marinas, healthcare).
• Apply financial analysis skills – working on DCF models and report writing.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in real‑estate valuation or related activities.
• Background in economics or technical education; RICS certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with a wide range of real‑estate types (locations, uses, investment grades).
• Excellent financial analysis skills (DCF modelling) and report writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Argus.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and oral).
• Collaborative, proactive, precise detail‑oriented, well‑organized, comfortable working under tight deadlines.
