Responsibilities
- Take charge of the entire sales process, cultivating and closing new opportunities that surpass sales targets in your chosen markets. Your leadership will shape the future of our Business Units and we give you the tools to empower you to run our business just like your own.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director and Business Unit Leaders to craft a forward-thinking sales strategy. Use your creativity to develop a robust pipeline filled with exciting opportunities and coach your Sales Executives and BDMs to excel. We want to stand out from the crowd!
- Own the end-to-end proposals and processes, from developing winning strategies to engaging in high-level discussions with clients. Inspire your team to deliver high-quality, tailored proposals that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Be a mentor and coach for our Sales Executives and BDMs, guiding them through onboarding, development, and career progression. Build and nurture a high-performing team that thrives on success.
- Leverage your deep industry knowledge and current relationships to provide strategic input and identify competitive advantages, positioning us as leaders in the market.
- Build strong relationships across the CBRE community to share insights and best practices that will benefit our clients and enhance our service offerings.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- A passion for success and a drive to create a high-energy sales culture that fosters excellence and growth with strong examples/experience.
- Proven senior sales experience with a background in facilities management (or related industry), coupled with a proactive approach to client management, closing deals and creating an unforgettable client experience.
- Outstanding communication and organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize clients and your team.
- Experience in presenting pitches and tailoring your communication styles to different audiences.
