Associate

We are partnered with a global Infrastructure business who has multiple offices across Europe. Their coverage is Renewable Energy and Infrastructure.

Due to high deal flow they are looking to add an additional Senior Analyst & an Associate to their team in Rome.

The role:

• Financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution.

The Individual:

• 2-6 yrs of experience within Financial Modelling & Investment
• Renewable Energy or Infrastructure experience
• Fluent in Italian and English
