We’re looking for an Associate Proposal Specialist to join our SPM team in Milan, helping us deliver high‑quality responses to clients and supporting our broader commercial goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly, and developing their knowledge of financial markets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating, developing and delivering proposal content across RFPs, DDQs and other client requests
• Collaborating with subject‑matter experts and business partners during drafting
• Supporting the maintenance of our proposal content library and ensuring updates are captured
• Reviewing and editing documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity
• Tracking proposal activity, approvals and document stages to support continuous improvement
• Building knowledge of our products, market themes and industry trends
• Translating proposal submissions from English to Italian
• Partnering across Marketing to contribute to an inclusive, client‑focused culture

Who we’re looking for:

• Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Italian, with German an advantage
• An interest in investment markets and willingness to work towards IMC/CFA
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
• Curiosity, creativity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Commitment to producing clear, fair and client‑focused material
