YOUR ROLE As an
Engagement Manager
at Capgemini Engineering, within the Manufacturing & Operations Capability, you will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end success of projects for multinational clients, coordinating delivery, governance, and business development in complex, high-engineering content contexts. In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities:
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from Sales-Delivery handover to closure
Ensure delivery, quality, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction
Define and govern the delivery model, ensuring control of timelines, costs, and scope
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for the client
Manage budgets, forecasts, margins, and financial KPIs with P&L accountability
Supervise change requests and contractual negotiations
Identify and mitigate project risks, supporting strategic decisions
Promote business development opportunities and account growth
Monitor the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction
Produce structured reporting for management (KPIs, risks, action plans)
YOUR CHARACTERISTICS
5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Manufacturing & Operations contexts, with exposure to product development and industrialization projects
Solid knowledge of end-to-end industrial processes (engineering, production, supply chain, quality), with the ability to operate in complex and multi-site environments
Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including governance, risk management, and quality assurance
Consolidated leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary and distributed teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with complex stakeholders and top management
Results-oriented, problem-solving, and priority management in challenging contexts
Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile – nice to have)
Fluent English (mandatory)
