Associate Product Manager - KnollStudio

Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the Product Development Function with the Manager to oversee the management of Studio product launches and analysis.
  • Set up and update Studio products in the new ERP system, coordinating with PDM, Technical Office, and Finance teams.
  • Assist the Manager in communications regarding variations, discontinuations, and updates to the Studio products collection.
  • Work with the team to create and implement KnollStudio price lists for Europe and Asia.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department on activities related to new product launches.
  • Under the Manager's supervision, collaborate with MillerKnoll teams for managing KnollStudio product information within the Cross-selling project.
  • Work with external agencies to prepare 3D/2D materials and similar assets.
  • Participate in organizing corporate activities and events.

Other (occasionally):

  • Assist with mailing communications to the sales network.
  • Support the Sales team.
  • Perform secretarial activities and reception duties for guests.
  • Provide backup for other activities as needed.

Skills and Competences Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office suite (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel short trips and/or overtime.
  • Availability for short trips and visits to the Foligno (PG) plant.
  • Experience in the marketing sector (preferred).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with problem-solving skills.
