The Opportunity

As part of a lean and entrepreneurial team, you will gain direct exposure to senior leadership, management teams, and external advisers. The position offers a steep learning curve and a clear path for progression within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of new investments, including market analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal committees Conduct industry and company research to identify new investment opportunities Assist in transaction structuring and coordination with legal, financial, and commercial advisers Support the monitoring of portfolio companies and contribute to strategic value creation initiatives Work closely with senior team members and contribute to thematic sourcing projects

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking (M&A or sponsors coverage) Strong knowledge of the Italian market and interest in mid-market investing Native

Italian speaker

with fluency in English Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills Solid academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
