Associate Materials Planner

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Material Planner Associate for our Luserna San Giovanni (TO) location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Take part to the SAP R/3 system implementation project (cleaning of master data, verification of migrated data, system testing).
• Create and update Standard work for SAP transactions.
• Continuous training of warehouse and production staff on the use of the SAP system and related transactions.
• Logistics After Sales Customer management from order receipt to delivery to the Customer (verification/updating of schedules, material procurement, production planning, customer logistics service, transport organization, customer portal management).
• Production material procurement (delivery schedules, delivery monitoring, incoming goods booking supplier visits).
• Cycle counting to ensure alignment between physical and accounting production materials stock.
• Issuing transport documents and sales invoices.

High school

Professional Background

The candidate must be able to interact with internal/external Customers, following the various logistical activities in the factory from order receipt to order fulfilment.

Skills and Competencies

Essential

• MS Office package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
• English Language (Level B1)
• Comfortable interacting with internal/external customers

Strongly Preferred

• Basic knowledge of the logistics processes of a manufacturing company
• Experience in logistics
• Basic knowledge of the SAP R/3 management system

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with different Teams
• Hard working, able to work in stressful condition
