Associate Maintenance Engineer
We are searching for the best talent for Associate Maintenance Engineer to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina. For this role we offer 12 months fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in NC and EHS investigations, from the initial brainstorming phase to the identification of causes and solutions.
- Support maintenance technicians in reporting Good Save and in resolving technical interventions.
- In collaboration with maintenance supervisors and department technicians, identify and propose GMP and EHS CAPA through a cross‑functional approach.
- Coordinate projects and individual actions owned by the maintenance department, manage the creation and updates of SOPs in line with Compliance and GMP regulations.
- Actively participate in the asset criticality assessment considering the GMP and EHS impacts in the assessment of asset reliability.
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring Compliance, adherence to the rules and procedures of the maintenance and calibration process in relation to the specific peculiarities of the Operations packaging and manufacturing departments.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
- Write and review maintenance and calibration procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required (B1 level and above).
The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is
€29,800.00 - €48,530.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits: an annual bonus with a set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade and location, where the amount is based on the employees’ and company’s performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
