CBRE's Capital Markets team offers a comprehensive service to clients investing in the real estate sector and is composed of professionals with diverse experience, advising on acquisitions and disposals of real estate investments. The new team member will be primarily focused on the Data Center sector, while maintaining ongoing collaboration with other members of the team.

Job Title: Associate Director

Department: Capital Markets Industrial & Logistics – Data Center specialty

Location: Milan

Main activities:

• Scouting and analysis of real estate investment opportunities;
• Preparing presentation materials (e.g. teasers, information memorandums, pitches, company profiles, market and activity reports);
• Building and maintaining a network of Data Centre operators, developers, consultants, local brokers;
• Liaising and collaboration with the EMEA Data Centre team;
• Independent management of sales processes;
• Independent management of meetings with clients in the relevant sector;
• Continuous collaboration with other Capital Markets team members and other CBRE’s business lines

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Economics/Corporate Finance or Engineering/Architecture and Management are preferred;
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• At least 4 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, with some degree of exposure to the Data Centre industry
