- CCNL Turismo – 3rd level : Starting from €24,000 gross annual salary, plus a bonus up to €1,200.

What you’ll do :
- Support the Square Manager across departments : Reception / Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance.
- Serve as a daily point of reference—clear tasks, positive energy, smooth operations.
- Monitor service standards, help resolve guest issues, and keep the Square vibe alive.
- Coordinate shifts, schedules, and workflows.
- Assist with admin, reporting, inventory, and local compliance.
What you should bring :
- 5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Reception / front-desk exposure is highly valued (you’ll work closely with Reception on guest flow, check-ins, and service coordination).
- Solid F&B and bartending proficiency (drinks prep, speed & quality, service standards, hygiene).
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Italian (other languages are a plus).
- A people-first mindset; calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Confidence with digital tools, booking / PMS systems, and hospitality tech.
- Hostel experience is a plus.
