Assistant Store Manager
Evosolution Srl Agenzia per il Lavoro Filiale di Verona, is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager for a leading retail client.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily store management, assuming his functions during absences.
- Organize and coordinate work shifts and team training activities.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations and company procedures.
- Plan, monitor and optimize merchandise procurement.
- Control prices, assortment and correct product placement on shelves.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and welcome standards of the store to provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Past experience in personnel management and in the retail sector is preferred.
- Must be self‑driven and possess a valid driver’s licence.
Location: Lido di Venezia (VE).
Working time: Full time
Contract: Permanent
