ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - ROADHOUSE GENOVA

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to strengthen our team.

Who are we looking for?

The Assistant Store Manager is a key point of reference for colleagues and the Store Manager, handling all management and operational activities typical of the commercial restaurant sector.

What will your activities be?

• Management of a complex team, enhancing its components and ensuring high-quality service and the Roadhouse experience for customers.
• Scheduling shifts.
• Stock management (orders and inventories).
• Monitoring company KPIs.
• Training restaurant staff.
• Verification of compliance with company rules and procedures, including safety.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to learn quickly, relationship orientation, teamwork, and stress management.
• Availability to work full-time shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Flexibility and territorial mobility.
• Complete autonomy in reaching the workplace.
• Previous experience in team management, preferably in the restaurant sector or similar.
