ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - ROADHOUSE GENOVA
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to strengthen our team.
Who are we looking for?
The Assistant Store Manager is a key point of reference for colleagues and the Store Manager, handling all management and operational activities typical of the commercial restaurant sector.
What will your activities be?
- Management of a complex team, enhancing its components and ensuring high-quality service and the Roadhouse experience for customers.
- Scheduling shifts.
- Stock management (orders and inventories).
- Monitoring company KPIs.
- Training restaurant staff.
- Verification of compliance with company rules and procedures, including safety.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to learn quickly, relationship orientation, teamwork, and stress management.
- Availability to work full-time shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Flexibility and territorial mobility.
- Complete autonomy in reaching the workplace.
- Previous experience in team management, preferably in the restaurant sector or similar.
