Assistant Store Manager
Etjca S.p.a., Rho (MI). The role collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee the assigned retail outlet and ensure satisfaction of active and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Customer reception and assistance, tariff consulting, acquisition of electricity and gas supply contracts.
- Store development activities and local market knowledge (external relations, sponsorship opportunities, event participation).
- Payment management.
- Back‑office activities on company IT systems.
- Customer retention.
Requirements
- Diploma, preferably in commercial field.
- 1–3 years experience in direct sales (store manager or assistant store manager).
- Flexible working hours.
- Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Goal‑oriented mindset.
Soft Skills
- Openness to public contact.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
Reporting
Reports to Area Manager and Store Manager.
Location & Hours
Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday 09.00–18.00, Friday early leave 16.30). Availability to work Saturday mornings 9.00–13.00 on a rotating basis (about two Saturdays per month) with compensatory rest on Monday mornings.
Contract & Compensation
Permanent or 12‑month direct contract. Salary range €25,000–€27,000 (depending on experience) plus
meal voucher €10.00, health insurance, and variable remuneration tied to results.
