Assistant Store Manager – San Martino Ovest, Parma

Assist a commercial restaurant chain in a dedicated team that promotes candidate experiences, competencies and potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships according to company standards.
• Promote cross‑selling and assisted sales activities.
• Develop initiatives that improve the local performance.
• Monitor and constantly control the productivity indicators of the locale (sales, cost, personnel).
• Manage work shifts, training and supervise the team.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Store / Restaurant Manager in a structured reality in the commercial restaurant sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High problem‑solving ability.
