Assistant Store Manager M/F
Moynat, a trunk maker of excellence since 1849, is a Parisian Maison characterized by a unique creativity and know-how. Working with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Moynat expectations.
Responsibilities
- Team leadership and development – under the responsibility of the Store Manager:
- Monitor individual/team objectives
- Evaluate performance
- Identify training needs
- Support development plans
- Support and motivate the team
- Ensure that the team masters the Maison’s products and services, its history, and its codes
- Customer and business development:
- Make the customer the store’s priority to guarantee optimal customer service
- Help the team build lasting relationships with customers
- Consolidate a dynamic recruitment of new customers/prospects
- Make constructive recommendations and proposals
- Implement action plans to boost activity
- Develop, jointly with the Store Manager, the turnover and performance of the store
- Manage commercial activity using performance indicators and produce regular reports
- Sales and store management/Operations – under the responsibility of the Store Manager:
- Support employees in achieving their objectives
- Develop and retain a client portfolio
- Guarantee compliance with internal procedures
- Be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations (product presentation, logistics coordination, and supplies)
- Guarantee excellent service within the Boutique and the treatment of VIP customers
- Guarantee the reliability of the information reported (CRM, customer recruitment, inventory control, etc.) and participate in the analysis of results
Profile
Holding a 2-year higher education diploma minimum, complemented by a successful experience of at least 5 years in sales, ideally in luxury. Operational excellence, team spirit, availability, curiosity, listening skills, agility, interpersonal skills. Mastery of cash register and reporting tools (CEGID, Excel, etc.) You are fluent in Italian/English, fluency in a third language is a real asset.
