Assistant Store Manager – Adidas – Arese (MI)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the overall management of the store, contributing proactively to the profitability of the store by coordinating all activities to ensure a consistently efficient customer service.
• Manage merchandise: incoming and outgoing goods, restocking, inventory, and returns.
• Handle administrative duties: deposits, payments, cash register management, and register records.
• Oversee the sales floor using advanced product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, and appropriate elements of the customer service model.
• Coordinate team activities: onboarding, training, and development of staff.
• Monitor budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least 24 months of work experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in sports, fashion, or fashion retail environments with assisted sales.
• Good IT skills: basic software, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of cash register and warehouse management applications.
• Good command of English.
• Availability to travel nationally.
