Autogrill, leader in travel catering services, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at its Brescia location. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, is flexible with shifts, and possesses strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing service quality and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing opening and closing procedures
• Supporting operational tasks across all stations
• Ensuring health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Training and managing staff
• Collaborating on commercial initiatives
• Managing inventories and costs
• Handling orders and financial activities
• Scheduling shifts and leave

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma
