Position

Autogrill awaits you at Bologna Marconi Airport.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager ready to lead a team dedicated to providing excellent service.

Passion and a desire to add value in a complex and dynamic environment are essential qualities for leading a team. We seek determined and proactive individuals eager to grow within our company, holding the position of Assistant Store Manager.

The selected candidate will report to the Store Director.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction;
  • Manage opening and closing processes (shifts, work organization, display preparation, cash handling, etc.);
  • Support operational tasks across all workstations;
  • Guarantee compliance with health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations;
  • Manage and train staff in various operational activities;
  • Collaborate with the store manager on implementing commercial initiatives;
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly inventories to monitor and control costs;
  • Manage weekly orders;
  • Handle accounting activities, including cash verification and deposit documentation;
  • Plan staff shifts and vacations.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in the catering sector and managing complex teams in structured environments;
  • Flexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays;
  • High school diploma;
  • Results-oriented attitude;
  • Knowledge of a foreign language (preferred);
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
