The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in coordinating on-site operations for the prestigious MICO26 project , ensuring a working environment that meets client requirements while adhering to quality, safety, and contractual standards. They provide operational and administrative support, working closely with internal teams and service providers, and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.


Responsibilities


Site Management Support

  • Assist the Site Manager in coordinating on-site services.
  • Help monitor schedules, budgets, and daily operations.
  • Ensure safety instructions are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • Support the preparation of reports and performance tracking.

Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and service providers.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and draft meeting minutes.
  • Relay important information to the Site Manager and stakeholders.

Operational Control

  • Assist in managing site handover and return procedures.
  • Help secure equipment and installations on-site.
  • Apply best practices in safety and sustainability.

Quality and Sustainability

  • Support the implementation of quality and sustainability initiatives.
  • Raise awareness among stakeholders about best practices.
  • Report any issues or malfunctions to the Site Manager.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Understanding of safety rules and local regulations
  • Familiarity with site management processes
