Assistant Site Manager – Sawdey Solution Services, Inc.

Annual base salary range: TBD (general guideline only) About the Role
Assist in managing and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining facility security and cyber security measures. Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and supervise day‑to‑day employee activities. Ensure contract compliance, facility security, and COMSEC management. Develop contingency plans for natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, and bomb threats. Oversee cyber security and quality control programs, including 3M management. Execute low‑level engineering tasks for DISA Telecommunications Service Requests (TSR) and Service Orders. Assist with installation and upgrade projects, as well as routine and emergent wiring, cabling, and configuration changes. Serve as alternate ISSO and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Meet DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification. Minimum 5 months of documented formal training in SHF, EHF, or UHF satellite earth terminal operations and maintenance. Minimum 4 years of experience within the last 12 years in SHF/EHF/UHF satellite earth terminal site management, administration, and supervision of personnel. Experience with IT project management and documented SATCOM training. Proficient communication skills to interact with customers and fulfill contract duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Education Requirements
Associate’s Degree preferred. Certifications & Licenses
PMP preferred. Security Clearance
Secret clearance required. Citizenship
Position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements. Benefits
