Onitsuka Tiger is excited to announce the opening of its new flagship boutique in Milan Piazza Liberty , and we are currently looking for passionate and service-driven Sales Assistants (Client Advisors) to join this exciting new chapter.

As a Sales assistant, you will embody the Onitsuka Tiger premium experience by delivering world-class service, nurturing long-term relationships, and representing our heritage with elegance and expertise. You will contribute to the store’s operational excellence while reflecting the highest standards of luxury retail.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALES EXCELLENCE
Welcome each guest with warmth, presence, and professionalism, offering a tailored and memorable luxury experience.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the brand’s history, craftsmanship, materials, and aesthetic codes.
Provide personalised styling advice, sharing insights on fashion trends and full looks (footwear & apparel).
MERCHANDISING & STORE PRESENTATION
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, maintaining premium standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Guarantee perfect stock availability on the shopfloor through proactive replenishment.
Support weekly floor moves and seasonal visual changes, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the brand universe.
Execute all stockroom tasks with precision: deliveries, unpacking, labelling, stock organisation, and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, efficient, luxury-standard back-of-house environment.
Process transactions with accuracy and professionalism, following all cash desk procedures, opening/closing protocols, and POS operations.
DAILY STORE TASKS & PREMIUM BOUTIQUE UPKEEP
Maintain boutique cleanliness, ambiance, and overall environment throughout the day (clean surfaces, fitting rooms, display checks).
Guarantee product care and presentation (steaming apparel, cleaning footwear, checking defects).
Assist in boutique maintenance reporting (lighting, fixtures, visual elements).
Contribute actively to store morning briefs, daily task assignments, and end-of-day wrap-ups.
