Assistant Restaurant Manager

to join a prestigious luxury hospitality property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced luxury environment. The successful candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability. Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates. Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensure all guests receive professional, personalized, and memorable service. Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company and brand requirements. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Support inventory controls, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Work closely with the kitchen and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in achieving departmental financial and guest satisfaction targets. Requirements

Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in Restaurant Supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager roles within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant. Previous experience in a

5-star hospitality environment

is highly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent guest relations and communication abilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest engagement. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
