Assistant Quality Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Quality Manager to join our team.

The Role

In this position, you will support the management of the Quality System and product quality across two Italian manufacturing sites, working closely with Production, Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, Purchasing and other key departments.

You will have the opportunity to:

• conduct and support internal and external audits;
  
• monitor qualityKPIs and prepare reports for Top Management;
  
• take part in the management of customer complaints and internal non‑conformities;
  
• contribute to updating the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and related documentation;
  
• support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, CAPA, RCA analysis);
  
• collaborate in supplier qualification and material verification activities;
  
• work on cross‑functional improvement projects involving multiple departments.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably Engineering).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Basic understanding of industrial technical standards (PED, materials, welding).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem solving abilities, planning skills, and strong teamwork attitude.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
