Assistant Manager

LP Racing is hiring a Junior Team Manager Assistant for the 2026 season!

• Join our championship-winning Maserati GT2  team and be part of our journey on the European circuits.Will travel with the team  during all 2026 GT2 Championship race weekends
• Responsible for logistics coordination : hotel bookings, travel arrangements, transfers, schedules and overall team support
• Works closely with the Marketing department on campaigns, reports, partner activations and new business development
• Strong Social Media & Marketing skills  required: ability to manage, grow and boost team platforms, and create engaging digital content
• Must have a strong passion for motorsport  and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced racing environment
• Highly adaptive personality  with excellent social and soft skills , able to communicate effectively with drivers, crew, partners and suppliers
• Extremely organised, proactive , and motivated to grow within a professional motorsport structure
• Position based near Milan
• Both part-time and full-time options  are being considered
