Assistant Line Manager and Ship Planner

1. Assist the Line Manager to ensure coordination with all relevant units for the execution of regular vessel berthing and departure operations.

2. Assist the Line Manager in providing services for vessels during port operations.

3. Assist the Line Manager in contacting port operations to resolve issues related to services received by Emes Feedering srl's import and export customers, taking necessary measures and sharing information with relevant departments.

4. Assist the Line Manager with expenditures related to services for customers, vessels, and vessel personnel in ports.

5. Stay informed of procedural changes in other ports and notify relevant units.

6. Ensure container operations are conducted according to instructions, align with the interests of the company, perform stock analysis, and accurately report equipment movements to the Equipper.

7. Assist the Ship Planner in preparing loading plans prior to vessel berthing.

8. Assist the Line Manager in organizing crew operations.
