About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will support all F&B outlets with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service and outstanding guest experiences

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Support daily operations across all outlets, ensuring high service standards
• Collaborate with the F&B leadership team on wine lists and food & wine pairings
• Assist waiters and the Sommelier team with service preparation and par stock management
• Engage guests, recommend wines, and curate memorable dining experiences
• Oversee inventory control and maintain strong operational visibility
• Handle special requests with dedication and professionalism
• Coordinate scheduling based on business needs
• Costs control
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Partner with Events, Marketing & PR on promotions and new launches
• Analyze menu performance to enhance revenue and guest appeal. Assist in planning and executing food promotions and events
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of talent, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Ensure adherence to grooming, policies, hygiene, and brand standards
• Deliver training and coaching in service excellence and product knowledge
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with local laws and policies

What You Bring

• Certified wine and beverage education (WSET, AIS, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent Italian and English mandatory
• Experience in luxury hotels and/or high-end standalone restaurants/hotels
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• A creative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
