How will you contribute and grow?
Responsibilities
- Asset Performance Manager is responsible for the safe production of the plants, reducing downtime and maximizing production. This includes day-to-day activities, coordination of maintenance and logistics, management of reliability topics, and close monitoring of the plants.
- Overall production management: ensure the whole production process is functional technically (reliability management, maintenance coordination, process safety) and from an organizational point of view (involving plant operators, maintenance team, logistics team).
- Ensure all Air Liquide Safety Policies and Procedures are included in working procedures and support the deployment of health & safety policies defined by the HSE Manager.
- Plant conduction: oversee plant operations 24/7 by remote Control Room; liaise with the Control Room Manager to update 24/7 operating instructions; monitor production daily and take corrective actions; update instructions for operators and adapt daily instructions based on plant status; communicate plant status and action plans to stakeholders (customers, partners, management); ensure regular maintenance of Elements Important for Safety (EIS).
- Reporting: produce monthly reports to Air Liquide Organization and JV Partners; correct and consolidate plant reliability data in the CMMS; gather and consolidate data for environmental and legal reporting.
- Reliability management: coordinate small projects on operational sites to minimize asset downtime; record and present KPI to Operations Management; participate in technical root cause analyses (RCA); onsite intervention or assistance to suppliers when needed.
- On-call attendance as required (on-call duty 1 week out of 4).
Are You a Match?
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering background.
- Minimum 3–5 years in maintenance activities or field operations.
- Knowledge and skills: gas (LNG/CNG/biogas) is a plus; knowledge of P&FD, P&ID, mechanical and electrical diagrams, functional analyses; ability to write reports and procedures; familiarity with IT tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and CMMS.
- Analytical mindset; good knowledge of design and operation.
- Willingness to be on-call 1 week out of 4 (mandatory).
- Leadership attributes: trustworthy, solution-driven, autonomous yet aware of limits; clear oral and written communication; rigorous and methodical; team-oriented with strong listening skills; group-oriented in communications.
