Asset Manager (m/f/d) Italy

BIOGEST® is an international manufacturer of biomethane and biogas plants with headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, the UK and the USA. With a team of more than 90 highly qualified employees, we have already realised over 180+ biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide and thus contribute to climate protection.

Your Responsibilities

The Asset Manager will take care of biomethane projects in Italy. During construction, you will be the main contact for partners and suppliers, making sure everything stays on track and within budget. After construction, you will manage the projects to keep them running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• During Construction : Be the company’s main contact for partners and suppliers
• Follow the project timeline and budget, helping to solve any issues
• Communicate with different teams to keep everything moving forward
• During Operations : Ensure the plants work well and meet regulations
• Work with suppliers and maintenance teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Monitor financial performance and report updates to management
• Travel frequently to different project sites and meet with partners

Your Profile

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience is a plus, but we also welcome motivated people who are eager to learn quickly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional working proficiency in English and native-level of Italian-language
• Willing to travel frequently within Italy
