Our Client is a well known International company specialized in renewable energy solutions, particularly in the construction from green field of Biogas plants. They utilize biogas derived from organic waste in landfills and anaerobic digestion systems at organic valorization plants.

To boost the Italian presence, with already an established team working on Biogas and Biomethane plants, we are looking for an Asset Manager.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operation, and maintenance of multiple biogas plants, ensuring they function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Managing a team up to 5 Plant Supervisors, the role involves providing strategic direction, coordinating plant operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Activities:

• Supervise and support Plant Supervisors across the different biogas facilities.
• Coordinate schedules, performance evaluations, and training plans for the supervisory teams.
• Act as the escalation point for complex operational or maintenance issues.
• Ensure optimal performance of assets by monitoring KPIs, including gas yield, energy output, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all plants adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and manage the operational budget for all plants, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.

Di cosa hai bisogno per avere successo

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
• 5–7 years of experience in biogas plant operations or similar industrial settings, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing multiple facilities.
• Strong understanding of anaerobic digestion, biogas production, and energy systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, plant monitoring tools, and maintenance best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Plant Supervisors effectively.
• Proficient in analyzing data to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime.
• Experience in budget management and procurement procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting, and Outlook for communication and coordination.
