We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Support professional to join the Sales team of Robeco Italy. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within the asset management industry, supporting commercial activities in a dynamic and international environment. Robeco Italy has been active in the Italian market for more than 10 years, serving both the advisory and institutional business segments. Today, the local team consists of more than 10 professionals dedicated to supporting clients across the Italian market.
What you will do
- Support the Sales team in managing and developing relationships with existing clients and prospects;
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings;
- Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of the existing portfolio, tracking key performance metrics and client activity;
- Help coordinate client events, roadshows, and other engagement activities;
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline data;
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development efforts;
- Collaborate with investment and product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product offerings.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional designations (CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support within asset management, banking, or finance.
- Passion for sustainability and investment management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
