Can you support the Materials and Asset Management team in the planning and execution of materials transactions, including buybacks?

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the aeroderivative materials flow (new and refurbished gas generators, rotable hot sections) by managing internal and external transactions, interacting with the Regions, Procurement, Aero JV, and Fulfillment.
  • Supporting CRE and NovaLT Asset Management materials flow by executing system tasks from job opening to intracompany transaction setup.
  • Coordinating aeroderivative gas turbine reconfiguration transactions, interacting with BH Procurement, Aero JV, HSC logistics, and finance.
  • Coordinating the execution of aeroderivative and HD asset buybacks, from agreement to asset receipt, ensuring compliance and flawless execution.
  • Managing intracompany CRE repair transactions, working with repair shops, procurement, materials planning, and logistics.
  • Supporting inventory traceability and control through dedicated reporting.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • BSc in engineering (industrial or management preferred)
  • Some experience in planning within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using ERP tools managing planning, logistics, and procurement processes
  • Knowledge of gas turbine technologies
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken (essential)
