Job Description:

Enfinity Global is seeking an “Emerging Talent” to join our team. This position aims to provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, focusing on operational excellence and asset performance optimization of renewable projects. The resource identified will support the operations team by assisting in the monitoring and analysis of renewable energy assets, contributing to the maintenance of high-performance standards, and collaborating closely with experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsabilities

1.Technical Phase

• Monitor asset performance and support data analysis
• Contribute to technical optimization and documentation
• Learn grid connection basics and key infrastructure components
  

2.Commercial Phase

• Support commercial performance analysis and reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
• Join stakeholder meetings and commercial activities

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in engineering, environmental science, renewable energy, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analysis tools
• Basic understanding of renewable energy technologies and operational practices is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn
