Asset Management Analyst
The position is for a core member of Eurofund’s Italian team.
Working with the other members of Eurofund’s Italian team, the candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting KPI’s and reporting financial progress to plan for the Assets in the portfolio.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
o Preparation of 5 year Business Plans.
o Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
o Review of business plan strategy implementation.
o Analysis of new leasing operations.
o Implementation of asset management initiatives.
o Monitoring of debt and discount petitions.
o Coordination of projects and capex.
o Monitoring of asset KPIs.
o Financial reporting to investors and lenders.
o Coordination of external valuations.
o Helps manage the external service providers in charge of invoicing, rent statements service charge, insurance, rent collection, etc.
o Monitoring of cash flow.
Regularly and efficiently communicates with all parties involved in a project (i.e. JV partner, Centre Management Team, stakeholders, team members, etc).
Supports the leasing process, leasing legal and the leasing agents. Analyses the terms of lease agreements and necessary legal documents and reports status compared to Business plans.
Prepares financial analysis to support lease and Capex recommendations.
Develops and analyses budgets and financial information for the Assets under management.
Models a full lifecycle financial analysis for projects/assets in the portfolio.
Experience:
1-3 years previous experience within the Real Estate Asset Management. Knowledge of the Retail/Shopping Centre Sector is a plus .
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Real Estate is required, but possessing a MSc is an added advantage
Other:
Current knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development, and a natural desire to understand specific market characteristics; experience of commercial real estate analysis/asset management experience with an emphasis in Italian retail.
IT skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required together with other Business and Real Estate software platforms.
Entrepreneurial spirit: the role requires the candidate to be entrepreneurial with many of the activities involved, such as negotiations, approvals and lease analysis, requiring that risks be analysed and forecasts made.
Strong analytical skills.
Communication skills: Full professional fluency in English and Italian, strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills required for establishing and building and maintaining relationship with relevant parties (management, investors, property managers, tenants, etc.).
Strong organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage multiple assignments, as well as prioritize tasks and efforts.
