Opdenergy is a growing independent power producer (IPP) of renewable energy with a presence in Europe, the United States, and Latin America, and with over 19 years of experience. Our company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high-quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2.6 GW (1.3 operational and +1.3 ready‑to‑build/under construction) of assets in operation and construction. The entire development portfolio amounts to over 18 GW.
We are currently looking for an Asset Management Associate to support our projects in Italy.
Key responsibilities
- Monitoring the construction and operation of the projects.
- Verifying compliance with the information obligations provided for in the financing contracts.
- Preparing reports and indicators for financial institutions.
- Monitoring and analyzing project revenues and costs.
- Reviewing financial statements according to IFRS principles.
- Managing invoicing and collection of energy balances.
- Reporting to local regulatory bodies (SII, CEN, INE).
- Proposing methodologies for process optimization and managing land lease contracts.
- Supporting the renewal of guarantees and the implementation of SGIIE (based on ISO 55001).
- Supporting cash flow management and document control.
- Supporting the management of insurance claims.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Finance with at least 3–4 years of experience.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, income taxes, withholding taxes).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Critical thinking and presentation abilities.
- Strong interest in learning in a dynamic and rapidly growing sector.
- High attention to detail.
