Purpose Of The Position
As Asset Maintenance Engineer , you will respond to the Maintenance Engineering, Asset Integrity and Suitability Department and be part of the Asset Base Services Business Line . You will work in an innovative and dynamic environment dealing with Vessel and Yards asset management efficiency in order to grant their reliability for Saipem’s project success.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct and timely application of the planned maintenance models and their diffusion. Support development of technical reports, analysis and KPIs.
• Contribute to maintenance cycles continuous improvement in order to ensure technical and economic efficiency of assets utilization
• Ensure the structure and the classification of equipment and technical sites
• Ensure in all areas the uniformity of the application of planned maintenance model in order to avoid the creation and application of other different models
• Highlight the improving areas of maintenance cycles ensuring the application of Saipem maintenance models
• Collaborate to new digital initiatives fostering the implementation of predictive maintenance through vibration monitoring program, artificial intelligence tools, IoT data collection from equipment.
• Asset Integrity system, compliance & assurance to International Regulation, Maritime regulation (IMO,SOLAS,MODU), Vessels certification.
• Management of vessel documentation (Drawings, Technical documentation, P&I, Manuals, Certificate)
  

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma
Experience: 0-1 year in similar role
Languages: Italian and English
Technical Skills

• Basic Knowledge of main equipment like Diesel Generators, Thrusters, Electric motors, Pumps, ect
• Ability to navigate Equipment Manuals, drawings and P&ID documents
  

IT Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, Access, PowerBi, Sharepoint)
