What You Will Do
Supports the Head of Prevention and Protection Service and the Health & Safety team in ensuring the correct application of occupational health and safety regulations, with particular focus on the management of temporary and mobile construction sites and activities carried out by contractors and self‑employed workers, in compliance with Title IV of Legislative Decree 81/08
Ensure the correct application of D.Lgs. 81/2008 and s.m.i. through the continuous collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service.
Help to prepare the risk assessment and procedures of the Management System in accordance with Italian National Standardization Body (UNI) European Norm (EN) International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 45001:2023
Manage ITP (technical professional suitability) of external companies
Management, preparation and maintenance of the documentation required by the safety regulations
Contribute to the management and implementation of the prevention and safety at work program, in compliance with the standards of plants, machinery and products
In collaboration with the Responsible formulate the intervention plans, ensuring the application of prevention and protection measures
Conduct periodic site inspections to identify any hazards and risks, and monitor compliance with the rules, identifying possible improvement actions
Provide training to employees on the correct use of safety equipment and emergency procedures
Support the Manager in managing any emergencies and workplace investigations; work with local authorities and bodies on occupational safety
Conduct accident investigations to identify causes and recommend corrective measures (root causes analysis)
Who You Are
Skills in verifying the technical and professional suitability of subcontractors/suppliers pursuant to Title I, Article 26 and Title IV, Article 90 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of April 9, 2008
Degree in Workplace Prevention Techniques and training courses from Addetto/a al servizio di prevenzione e protezione (ASPP)
At least 2 years' experience in HSE or safety and prevention
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Good problem solving and analysis skills
Precision
Ability to learn
Analytical and organisational skills
Proactive
Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation
Good knowledge and mastery of the office package
Fluent of English

Salary The indicated salary range (€32.000– €35.000) represents the expected hiring range for this position, with consideration to the criteria indicated and requested. Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
