Art Advisor - Venice galleries

Bel-Air Fine Art group is looking for a new Art Advisor for its Venice galleries.

Bel-Air Fine Art is seeking a sales associate for its Venice galleries.

We are looking for a confident and dynamic sales associate with excellent communication skills who will be able to assertively initiate and/or complete sales, and have a proven track record of making sales and client management, as well as a history of working with High Net Worth individuals.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining regular contact with existing clients and fostering a solid relationship with them;
• Developing and nurturing a new pool of clients;
• Providing thorough support and follow-up with administrative and logistics tasks;
• Assisting with the execution of gallery marketing initiatives and events.

Requirements:

• At least two years of previous sales experience in the world of art or luxury;
• Residency in Venice or nearby areas;
• French language skills highly regarded;
• Additional language skills are desirable;
• Art and cultural knowledge;
• Able to confidently use a database, Mac, Office, Excel, etc.;
• The candidate must be flexible and proactive;
• Ability to work closely within a tight team and have a team spirit.

Competitive salary + commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Previous sales experience in the world of art or luxury: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• French (would be a plus)
