Key Responsibilities
Contribute to build and execute the go-to-market strategy Build & manage customer relationships Expand our distribution footprint & brand awareness Execute all the company plans & innovation across customers Customer P&L Management
Qualifications Essential:
+5 years sales experience, ideally in the beauty industry. Commercial and/or trade marketing background. Strong knowledge of omnichannel & distributor management. Proven leadership, communication and analytical skills. Resilient and able to manage frustration. Good collaboration to work with cross functional teams. P&L management. Windows Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Fluent in English (90%)
